Can I still order exact custom amounts?
To maintain fast shipping, we no longer break boxes for exact quantities. We recommend Pre-Packs for smaller needs. For large kitting jobs, contact sales
Will this affect my current open orders?
No. Orders placed prior to June 19th will be fulfilled exactly as originally placed. The new packaging standards only apply to new orders submitted on or after this date.
What happens to my linked part numbers?
Orders using linked customer part numbers will default to Standard BULK to ensure the fastest processing. You can adjust to a Pre-Pack during checkout if needed.
Are there changes to shipping speeds?
Standardizing reduces handling time, helping us ship your orders faster than ever. Standard BULK orders are also optimized for efficient palletized freight delivery.
How does this benefit job-site ordering?
Less time cutting individual POs. Ordering in Standard BULK or Pre-Packs guarantees critical items are in stock, preventing costly material delays on your site.
Will the box labels or barcodes change?
Because we are prioritizing speed, labels may vary depending on the manufacturer. If your facility has highly specific labeling needs, please speak directly with your sales representative.
Can I return BULK or Pre-Pack items?
Yes, our standard return policy applies. All returns are processed as requests. Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging (the full box or intact Pre-Pack)
What about specialized kitting lines?
While we no longer break boxes for standard daily orders, our Custom Solutions team still handles dedicated, high-volume kitting contracts. Contact your account manager.

All product pages on our website have been updated to display the exact piece count for both Standard BULK and Pre-Pack options in the product details.

Yes. Any backorders fulfilled after June 19th will automatically be upgraded to the new packaging standards, ensuring faster processing once stock arrives.
Can I mix packaging types in one order?
Absolutely. You can optimize your order by purchasing highvolume items in Standard BULK and specialized or low-volume items in Pre-Packs on the exact same invoice.
